  • How do I cancel a duplicate order?

If you have purchased the same product more than once please contact our team at bananabands.ltd@gmail.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. It can take our team up to 24 hours to review your ticket and by then, your order might already be fully processed.

  •  Can I exchange / return my order?

Unfortunately, Banana Bands cannot exchange or refund any fitness products due to hygiene reasons. For more information about our returns policy, please check our Return Policy.

  •  Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, amendments to your order cannot be made after the order has been placed. For this reason, please double-check your order details during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.
